FUNDRAISING
Our FUNDRAISING PROGRAM is simple. We provide your organization or school with products and order forms.
You take the orders and submit them to us and either pay by check, customer credit card, or Paypal. We will
email you the cost and profit breakdown as soon as we receive your inquiry. Unless otherwise specified, the
original Eco Deck in either brown or green will be provided.
With a minimum order of 500 Eco Decks, GROUPS can also custom order with your own logo, message, tips,
facts, and solutions. Please contact us for wholesale prices and let us customize a program for you.
Eco Deck cards will be an important environmental teaching tool and provide your program a larger portion of
profits than the traditional magazine, gift wrapping, and cookie programs. We also provide an exceptional array
of gifts for "most student sales" winners.
Since eco tips, facts, and solutions change over time, Green Foot Forward will update cards on an annual basis
to send them out to our program affiliates for FREE.

Here's how it works:
Your group/members take the lead in promoting/selling Eco Decks. We supply your members with customized
information forms to facilitate order-taking. We provide up to 200 complimentary order forms. Traditional forms
include a single Eco Deck card (front and back) attached to the form. If more forms are needed, they can be
purchased for .45 each. This amount should be added to the total of the check you send us at the end of the
fundraiser.
We also provide:
A two sided flier/order form printed in color on 100% PCW recycled PCF cardstock, customized with the following:
-- Your logo or group name
-- Your organization’s mission, and how the raised funds will be used
-- Your organization’s financial goals, and the fundraising goal per individual member (optional)
-- The name and contact information of the fundraising representative
-- An easy to follow timeline of responsibilities for your group’s fundraising representative.
-- An Excel (self calculating) master order form and invoice for easy record keeping and ordering.

A volunteer totals the orders, and calls in one collective order to Green Foot Forward

You keep 40% for your group, and send a check to us for the rest.
We ship the order to you on a pre-determined date.
Your members sort and organize the collective order into each member’s individual order, and distribute the eco-
friendly paper and stationery to your customers.
